About the service

RegPeek is an independent vehicle information service operated by Yacer Abdelaziz Yacine Bouchema, a sole trader trading as "RegPeek" ("we", "us"). When you use RegPeek or buy a report, you are contracting with Yacer Abdelaziz Yacine Bouchema. RegPeek is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, DVLA or DVSA. Vehicle information is supplied by third-party data providers and may originate from DVLA and DVSA records.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use RegPeek, or by purchasing a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and, if using RegPeek on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Accuracy

Results are provided for general information only. Records can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, so RegPeek gives no guarantee of accuracy and results should not be your only basis for buying, selling or insuring a vehicle. Always check the vehicle, its V5C logbook and its documentation.

The Full Vehicle History Check is compiled from third-party data sources. We cannot guarantee that every finance agreement, theft marker, write-off, keeper change, plate change, mileage reading or import/export entry is present or up to date, as this depends on what has been reported to those sources.

Acceptable use

The service is for personal, non-automated use. Scraping, bulk lookups and attempts to bypass our rate limits are not permitted. Searches are limited to ten per hour from a single connection, as described in our privacy policy.

You must not misuse the service, including by using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits).

Intellectual property

RegPeek, its software, page content, report layouts and branding remain the property of Yacer Abdelaziz Yacine Bouchema or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and any report it returns for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service or its data.

Pricing and payment

The basic vehicle check is free. The Full Vehicle History Check costs £5.99 including any applicable VAT, charged once per registration. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Payments are taken by Stripe; RegPeek does not receive your full card details.

Delivery and access

Your report is generated and shown on screen immediately after Stripe confirms your payment, normally within a few seconds. Access is granted to the browser you paid in and is tied to that registration, so you can refresh or return to the page and view the same report again without paying twice. Clearing your browser storage, switching browser or using private browsing may remove that access — if this happens, email us with your payment reference and we will restore it.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails or is declined, no report is unlocked and you will not be charged; you can simply try again. Any pending authorisation released by your bank normally clears within a few working days. If you are charged more than once for the same registration, contact us with your payment references and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

Refunds and cancellation

The report is digital content delivered immediately. By buying it you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun. This does not affect your legal rights where the service is faulty, not as described or not delivered. If the report fails to load, is empty, or you were charged without receiving it, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days. A refund revokes access to the report.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that RegPeek will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and provider data may be temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
